i need some help..

i restarted my computer, then it laggs for a bit, then this thing pops up

i click "Don't Send" then everything disapears and come back, then that thing pops back up and keeps doing the same..how can i fix this problem, can anyone help me please.

i get that but not all the time so i just leave it ...try formatting the PC or Repairing the Installation

Just because you get it doesnt make it useful or applicable.
