i need some help!!!

Of course it will work with the processor, an ATi 1950 pro will even work with a low end P4 if its in a motherboard with a PCi E slot. I think that CPU the E6750 is a good match for it, although I would have gone with a Nvidia card, ATi cards are abit lacking I think.
 
thanks guys for the fast reply chupacabra im going go with them g skills ram that you link me.i was scared my case was too small for this motherboard and that the motherboard wouldnt hold a ati card cause thats all i have right now beside my old 7600gs
 
Yeah it will all work together, that g skill is a good choice for the price. What else are you going to use (ie: psu, os ect) ?
 
thats one of the problems my psu is a stock psu i think its a 400watt one and a stock cooler just 3 fans so i wont be overclocking to i get a good psu and some cooler i have vista 32bit ulitmate and xp 64bit sound blaster live for sound card ati 1950 pro for video card and thats about it cause im taking the parts outta my old computer and sticking them in the new one to i can get some more money for a good psu and stuff.how much a boost will i see when i upgrade cause i have a stockect 939 motherboard right now in this computer pair with my 1950pro 2gigs 3200 and amd 4000 no dual core
 
The only thing I can see that I would do differently, besides the ram, is get a case with a bigger rear fan. The case you have is very nice for the money though.
