I need some sort of Video Card heat monitoring software...if that is the problem

When I play Battlefield 2142 or Crysis for about an hour or so, it suddenly crashes. The screen goes black and then the error report with the send/ don't send thing. I think Twist86 said it has to do with the 9800 GT/ 8800 GT fan speed bug. I hope that is the problem :(. So my question is, what is the best free program to monitor the heat of my video card?
 
check my sig for hardware monitor

it tells you min/maz/ current temps of everything.

then use rivatuner to change fan speed if thats the prob...

I had a similar problem but I think it was my RAM timings or my CPU that was making it crash. Try rivatuner like suggested and log your temps before crash.
