I need someone to make the best rig with 4x GTX 780 TI or 4x Way Titan I got 6000 to waste on a pc. I need the best build with that many graphics card!
 
Don't get 4 way. No games have very good scaling with 3 way, much less 4 way. It's a waste of $700. A 4960X is also a bit of a waste of $300 but I added it anyway :P

If you need a monitor, you can drop the CPU to something like a 4930X and maybe lower the board a little too. Put those 2 4 TB Drives in RAID 0 ;)

Why so much hard drive space I say 4TB Is enough or should I go with a high SSD card? SSD cards what do they do then being faster?
 
SSDs are very fast, much faster then hard drives. You want a 512 GB SSD for windows so it boots up quickly, for your browser, steam etc. Then a HDD for music, videos, games.
