I need to monitor my gpu temp

I overclocked my graphic card to 442/1080 and i want to monitor the temperature and make sure its not in the red zone,can anyone tell me how i can go by doing this?I downloaded so many programs but they all monitor everything but the gpu.Help please.

Thanks!Is 38 degrees celcius on idle fine for an overclocked card,and is 55-60 degrees celcius fine under load?

I belive those temps are fine for you GPU, they are reflective of what others have posted here; in general the Video cards seem to run hotter than most other components.
