I've been looking around and I haven't been able to find alot of apps for my Win CE device I've tried installing ppc apps on my hpc, but so far I've had no luck cause I don't have the right utilities. If someone could point me in the right direction of some great CE apps with a ton of selection that would be GREAT!

Come On You Guys Are the Bomb

Come on guys I know your the bomb I usually am too, but can find anything worth installing on it. I need windows CE apps can anyone find a good site. Why is microsoft even bothering with windows CE 5.0 if you can't find jack $hi* for it?

Those are PPC apps and not CE. Not trying to sound rude, but I've tried to get these to work with my ce device and fail every time.

O.k. I know I posted this a long time ago, but I'm still having problems finding apps and I also have a question so here it goes is Windows CE.NET basically a platform for developing custom apps to run on it for say a large company. Sorry if I don't make sense or am not too clear I'm just asking cause thats why I think I cant find apps for it. It's just that without any decent apps the device is pretty much a paper weight.

It would help if you stated what version of Windows CE.Net you have, along with the laptop/PDA you have. But anyway, I was looking into laptops with Windows CE a lot lately, and here are the best three sites I could find that not only had apps for that OS, but also many guides and other interesting things you can do:

www.hpcfactor.com
www.hpcnec.com
hpc.communitypage.net

Hopefully you haven't found those sites already and I've been some help to you.

Thanks, as for buying a CE Laptop I wouldn't the availability of apps is crap it's just a suggestion though. I've been to hpcfactor.com, but not the other site so thanks. Again it's been a while, but what can I say I'm a busy kid. DUR if forgot again my OS versions is 4.2.net I was looking into to 5 or whatever version they have out so I could upgrade and I don't think it's possible or practical. I've also tried to put PPC apps on it and haven't found all the tools I need to do it.
