I've been searching for literally two days straight and I think I've found one, can you guys help me?

I am not to computer savvy but I love gaming and I need to find a fair priced PC. This one is about $260 with good reviews and seller satisfaction on ebay with a 3 year warranty so if I don't like the PC i can just return and all but I really wouldn't like to. So do you guys think this will be able to run well with games at like average settings? (Minecraft, Team Fortress 2 and other stuff like that.) Is there anything bad about this PC and if so what are some recommendations for cheap, decent gaming PCs.
 
It's not an ideal gaming PC, sorry. Has no graphics card for a start and a weak CPU.

It's not got an OS either.

As for what I'd recommend - what's your budget? I'm guessing around the $300 mark? In which case you'll be very lucky if you can get any new 'gaming PC' at all.
 
Get a used Core 2 Quad PC for $220 and stuff a 7750 in it. Best your gonna get for about $330.

You need a dedicated GPU if you want to play any modern games well at all. Even the highest-end integrated GPU can barely play new games on low settings.
