I was just wondering if there was a program that can basiclly turn the Output into an input so it would be considered a mic? Im not sure wut it would becalled or nethin as im not to into sound so google had no help to me this time:( THX!!!

sorry, i dont have any clue. i know that i have heard of a program like this before, but, i can't remember the name of it

Do you mean convert the Line-Out to a Line-In? I've never heard of this being done, why dont you just use the Line-In or Mic port?

Yeah, if you have a spare port, that's the best idea. Your audio drivers may allow you to configure the function of each port.

Atleast motherboards (like mine) that use the AC97' soundchip can change Line-In and Mic to two Line-Out ports so that you can have 5.1 surround.
