I Only see half of my RAM....:S win Vista

Microsoft doesn't allow more than 4GB in 32bit Vista

You have to have a x64 bit OS (Vista Ultimate x64) to use that ram. x32 bit will not go past what you have.

Thx for reply....How ever it worked after installing service pack 1 hehe

Installing SP1 will only let Windows display how much RAM you have, your computer will sitll only be able to use 3.3GB of it though
