IT WONT ALWAYS BE BLACK COLORED. IT CAN BE PRETTY MUCH ANY COLOR. BUT THE LAYOUT WILL USUALY BE LIKE THAT. The white ones are PCI slots, which are always white from what ive seen. u usualy will have atleast 2 or more of those. then just 1 agp, never more.

What computer do you have? Model, company, etc. Somebody here will probably know. Or try looking at the manufacterers web page. If you built it yourself look at the box if you still have it. But if none of this works than you can look inside. The AGP slot is brown and a little offset from the white ones (PCI slots).

If you have the newest model (370 something) then you have an AGP 8x slot, so in that case it will work. You probably will have an AGP slot considering it is suposed to be a media center, but it is always good to double check by opening the case. Just make sure your power suply meets the requirements.

the exact model is
m1265c
its blak and has a removable media bay

anyway i was readin the manual on power regulations of cards and this is what i read

WARNINIG-do not overload the system by installing add in cards that draw excess current. The system is designed to provide 2 amps (average) of +5 V power for each board/ card on the pc. . The total +5V current can draw a fully loaded system (one with al the add in slots filled) must not exceedthe total number of slots mulitilpied by 2 amps

I really cant interpret that........

what grafics card do you want to buy. and what dos the table on your power-supply says? (the amperage on the +12V is he most important one, because the other rails usualy have enough :) )

well the only way to be sure it to open up the computer...so here i got (in a bit)

and where is the power supply located in he computer? What excatyl i am lookin for it to say?
