Ok so 3 weeks ago I built my own computer and put 2x 2gb dual channel mushkin DDR3 ram into my gigabyte ud3p motherboard. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820146871. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128392.
I found out the ram was making my computer freeze and tested both pieces with the same freezing result.(after anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 hours the computer would freeze and the speakers would make a different noise each time but it would always be loud and hurt my ears.) I happened to have a 3gb tri channel ddr3 kit I had gotten for 40$ as a deal and just popped that in. And it never froze and ran perfectly for budget ram. So RMA'd the ram for a replacement. Now I got 2 new sticks and my computer still freezes. i did a mem test on both and they had no errors. However when together and on their own they make my computer freeze the exact same way. I have no idea what to do. or why this is happening. Anyone have any ideas? I am pretty frustrated. Thanks.
