Well considering the graphic card alone is $139 new, moniter $99 I would say thats a good buy.

this encompases a lot of cases (and indirectly, a few PSUs)... do have a look at PSU 101 to see if the PSU is worth having.

This is a socketA motherboard ... i.e., a discontinued platform ...so i hope the price is good.

Funny that PNY decided to call this a 5900SE when nvidia (who makes the chip) classes it as a 5900XT ... oh well its just semantics

Yes but you could (for that price) be looking at 9800Pro/XT as well as 6600-class cards which are significantly superior
