I suck at building

Can you tell us what you will be using the pc for? I would expect gaming but what games exactly? Any preference as far as AMD or Intel build?
 
And why does it have to be Cyberpower (honestly they have decent prices, I'm just not sure why it HAS to be this one)? Also, would it be possible for you to handbuild the PC yourself? You can save around 40 percent, it's a good learning experience, plus it's not very hard.

If you read the title, I don't think that's an option. 40% is way too much of a markup, you'll pay more, but not THAT much more.

That being said, your situation is exactly why CyberPowerPC has pre-built machines by type and price. Just go to "Exclusive series" and pick one for your budget and needs.
