well as you can see in my ID i got the 830, BUT i bought to damn soon ... 2005 intel released pentium d 920 presler http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819116237

its a dual core WITH /HT

makes me mad i shoulda waited and did my homework a lil more before i spent 360 on this cpu.. when i could of got that one for 270 and im sure it runs bettr.. only 200mhrz slower but it has HT along with dualcore as mine is only dualcore but no HT

That's computers man. Doesn't matter WHEN you bought it. If you waited for what you just mentioned to be released, then something else would be comingo out soon that would have lead to you feeling this way.

Computers progress too fast which is good, but bad at the same time.

Maybe if you didn't buy it too long ago you could take it back and say it wont work...:P
 
Yep, you just cant get mad about those things, they are always updating parts and then lowering the other parts accordingly. Its life....
 
i started buying some parts from a month before, and they lowered the price by $100 or so, lol

especially from the hard drive i bought, rapter 74gb. it happens,,,

well since my dual core doesnt have HT, that HT dual core must be a better cpu right? its only 200 mhrz slower but 100 dollars less then mine
