I think my graphics card is knackered!!

My new PSU came today, the OCZ StealthXtreme 600W. I put it in my computer and put in my Gecube X1950XT, when i turn my computer on i get a "No Signal" message on my monitor and then my computer will keep restarting, say every 3-4 seconds. :mad:
The funny thins is, all the fans are spinning on the processor and graphics card, but i just can't get it to work. When i plug in my old Asus 9550, it runs like a charm, no problem.

Is my graphics card shot? Or is there anything i can do?
I really don't have the money to get a new one yet.

Bump! Anyone?

I would have thought that if my power supply went, then it would have either taken out all of my components, or nothing at all!
Everything else in my computer is working except my graphics card.

I only had my old power supply for a little under two weeks. If it is the case that it took my graphics card with it, is there anything i can do? Or is there like a contract that i agree to when i install the power supply?
