My ASUS P4P800 mobo says (on the Asus website) is has - Socket 478 for Intel Pentium 4/Celeron up to 3.2GHz+ ... What if I get a 3.2 Ghz processor and than overclock it to 3.6 Ghz???? Thanks!

So they mean my PHYSICAL processor can be up to 3.2 Ghz but then I could (provided I have good cooling) overclock to anything ( say 4 Ghz) ???

Yes. But you're not OCing to 4Ghz. Period.... okay since ur using thr i875P then you might have a chance but dont count on it

if ur gonna OC to 3.6.. itll prolly be puttin out some massive heat.. so ull either want like 5 or 6 fans (includin te CPU fan).. or a water cooling system!!

The Astroman cant read.. lmao.. read everything clearly next time b4 saying somethin.. i said us alot of fans OORRRR WC !! geeze learn how to READ!!!

I know the radiator is cooled using (a) fan(s)... But will putting EXTRA fans in my case change anything apart from the Db level?? :D

Yes.

which of watercooling systems would I need?? Or would I need a peltier chip??
THe "or" is kinda inappropriate as you would prolly be very hardpressed to effectively OC with a forced-air + peltier :) As for the watercool setups i dunno, my next setup (~month hopefully) will be with a Lightspeed/Mach config ... well worth the initial investment IMO
