I want higher resulution!!!

Hi guys i have Nvidia GeForce Go 7400 on my Sony Vaio VGN-FE48E and my highest resulution is 1280x800 . Can i do something to get a higher one ???

No, your laptop's screen has a max res. of 1280x800.

LCD are best when they are set at their native resolution. You do not want to change it as the picture will be very fuzzy and really defeats the purpose of going to a higher resolution.

Looking at your specs you wouldn't really want to go much more than 1280x800 as it would lag quite a bit

Get a monitor to use when your at your home/dorm with a higher res.

Adding an external monitor on an integrated graphics card will make your laptop run SLOW. I guess as long as you're not really doing any gaming or something like that, speed may not be important.
