I have Linksys router in my office. Some pcs connected by wire and some wirelessly. This connection is commercial one so there are download limitations (above which additional charges have to be paid).
Have no way to monitor how much data is downloaded. Is there any way to check how much data is downloaded from the internet??

The easiest way i would see is setup a opensource firewall such as untangle. That tells you how much data you are using. However if that does not work for your situation, then i think http://www.javvin.com/packet.html might work.

"untangle" mmmmmmmmmmmmm........ 850MB file!!!!
Have any simple and free solution??
I dont need firewall, just want to know how much data downloaded through my router?

well the problem is that in order to get a good reading you need to have something that forces traffic through one main connection. And the router is not have the functionality to monitor it.

The only other way is to install a client on to all the computers. Most likely you will need to pay for it. http://www.paessler.com/prtg6 this one is "free" for up to 10 computers but you still need to install a client

Well it would have to be somethign that would moniter the useage and then report back to a miin location
