I want to buy a decent gameing computer and saw one with this card in it
ATI Radeon HD5450 1GB HDMI VGA DVI
but dont know if is a decent card. Would love some advice:)

It's ancient now..

but what are your main uses..if it's just for everyday tasks, surfing, email etc.. but not really any good for games..least none that will look good or play well

What specific games are you wanting to play, then we can recommend what type of hardware you'll need and you can go from there.
 
You'll need a gtx 960/1060 with a quad core processor for minimum requirements for that game.
 
What specific budget?

The cards you're looking at won't play overwatch at any playable capacity.
