i5 750 temps

Are all of your fans working properly? Is your heat sink and fan efficient enough for the cpu? Is there enough thermal paste on the chip?

Is there a way you can get case temp too? Your thermal paste is probably fine i just through that out there in case you installed the cpu yourself and maybe skeeted on the paste.
 
I have 3 fans installed on my Antec 300. I installed the HSF with extra care so I don't think that is the problem, maybe these Intel's HSF are just enough to keep it working, just. :/

Extra care? Perhaps one of the 4 pins isn't snapped in completely then, they take a good bit of force. Did they all snap good when you pressed them down? You also have to make sure that all 4 are aligned and in the holes before pressing the first one down.

I would honestly try to reinstall the HSF, with some better thermal paste as well.


One other thing, if you feel the HSF, does it feel hot?
