i5 Build Help!

I am looking for a i5 build since I think It is probably better for future purposes.

Budget: Around 800 CAD try your best to keep it around that price!
What I will be doing on the computer: Gaming CSS,L4D,COD,GTA4 and other games,internet,movies,msn,basic computer use stuff
Compenents: ddr3 ram and a good graphic card taht can play the games on max settings above^

PS: I want this computer to be really quiet cause its in my room and sometimes I leave it on and if its loud I can't sleep!

Try out this powersupply instead--you'll have enough watts for your computer, but the Modular power supply is much easier to manage--the cables you don't need you don't have to clutter the inside of your computer with!
