i7 2600

It's still decent, but getting old at this point (came out in early 2011).

If you're building a new system now I'd go with Skylake (6600K/Z170) and DDR4.

I'd go with the Haswell one.

It sounds like you're kind of arbitrarily picking things, what kind of budget do you have?
