i7 860/ EVGA P55 FTW Overclocking, help?

OK so i just picked up these and upgraded from my old am2+ setup, which was still pretty quick, but I thought that this would be a nice upgrade. I do overclock and have a water-cooling system, but, I have absolutely NO idea how to overclock intel. I've searched the web but all the tutorials haven't helped me that much. AMD was easier all you did was voltages multiplier and frequencies, but I have no idea how to use Vcore, VTT, QPI, and all this other stuff. I have no idea what I did but I'm running at 1.1 ghz now, but all I did was turn the RAM back up to 1600, it was clocked down automatically to 1333. I also want to get the ram back to stock, because the timings are much better. This is the RAM I have

Wow, that's a nice clock speed:D With super temps!:eek: I guess you figured it out;)

That is the exact same set-up I am looking at getting, might have to keep in touch and you can help me out when I build mine:good:
