Processor:

PSU:

But I'm considering to get an i7, as of recent. Should i change from an i5 to an i7, and which one should I pick?

If you are just gaming, a i5 will be just as good as the i7. If you are doing rendering, CAD, etc. the i7 will be noticeably better.

I just wanna point out that you have 8GB RAM and a 32-bit operating system.
With a 32-bit OS, you can only use 4GB RAM no matter how much you have.
You will need a 64-bit OS for 4GB+ RAM.
