i7 mobo help...

Okay this is pretty minor but I want this to be perfect...

the msi

and then a few questions about each

the msi what do the cards run at? x16 and x16 or does one run x16 and one x8?
like the gigabyte runs 3 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 (x16, x16, x8)
same with the foxconn it has 4 pci 2.0 x16 but what do they run at?(x16, x8???,?,?)
also what ram does the gigabyte board use?
Also another random question I can just pop in 1600 ddr3 ram in the foxconn no prob?

also after those questions are answered ^^ which motherboard do you reccomend?

The MSI board does not support SLI. It supports crossfire with full 16x bandwidth. You cannot just "drop in" 1600 Mhz ram into the Foxconn, you will have to overclock it to that speed (hence the OC on the specs page). The gigabyte will take ddr3 RAM, max 1333. However, the memory controllers in core i7 right now only support 1066 natively, so you would have to OC to get to 1333.

Is SLI really better then crossfire? I hadn't plan on getting a nvidia card anyway... from what I understand your not supposed to change the voltage on the memory and what not with the new boards how could I go about overclocking the board to support 1333? Would the option just be in the motherboard? I am confused. I am kinda scared of getting 64 bit since I know 99% of my stuff won't be compatible so would this ram be okay?

yeah it will support that RAM, but it will probably only run at 1066. I am a little sketchy about this too because it is so new, im just going by what I have read. And no, imho, Crossfire is much better technology that SLI anyway.
