I can't give the exact specific numbers but everytime the laptop starts up (the very first screen with the IBM manufacturers symbol in the top corner) the computer gets an '1811' error or somesuch. It then reverts to a small green BIOS screen over an IBM background with the same error and options 'OK' and 'Cancel' (neither work they simply go to another screen and the computer stops and needs to be reset) so i press escape to bypass it. It then goes to a simple black startup screen with an error '1101' or somesuch and has a book symbol (I'm assuming that means refer to IBM manual, which i dont have) i press F1 to bypass this and the computer then starts. One of the errors i believe may have something to do with the inbuilt mouse no longer working, so i use a serial port mouse, but is there anyway i can simply remove them from startup. I can no longer access the BIOS properly either (not that i really need to). Sorry it was so long, any help would be appreciated.
