On occasion when I click on a desktop icon to launch a program, a few seconds after, the icon has little "sparkles" around it, then the PC locks up. I have to do a power cycle to run again. Any ideas? Thank you
On a second note, I've posted other questions. They all relate to an issue after I did a "prefetch" clean of its folder. I have Vista 64 bit. My suggestion *never* do what I did.
