When I dual boot my 2x 120gb hard drives I use one drive as a storage drive for formats which I did on my new PC etc only on when I need to transfer I get a "Master Error" but when I boot each hard drive separate they boot up without any errors.

System Specs
AMD X2 4400+ 2.3ghz
ASUS m3a motherboard version 0830
2x1gb g-skill PC6400 Memory
2x 120gb IDE Hard Drives (each have XP 32bit installed)
8800GTX GPU
Dual Burner SATA Drive
450w Corsair PSU

Not sure whats the issue here I have done it on previous systems without a error so whats the difference now? Hope one of you know whats wrong.
One strange thing is I can't see my 2nd hard drive on the boot up options in the bios.

Thanks for any help you can spare :)
