ok just to tell everyone, when u give me a possible solution make every step very clear and exactly where to go and how to do it plz and ty.

now i have a 1T sata hard drive and a 80 gig ide hard drive in my computer. i am trying to get info off of the 80 gig hdd but when i go into my computer it is not there. also when i unplug the 1T hdd and plug just the 80 gig in the comp wont boot at all. which leads me to that the comp is not finding the 80 gig hdd. anyone plz help

remember step by step instructions plz. and if u want text my phone 860-818-2194
also u can email me at [email protected]

Could be bad ide cable, bad power cable going to hard drive, bad hard drive all together. Could be a few other reasons as well.

ok guys i have checked the actual hdd. i put it in my dads comp and it recognized it fine and i could open the files crap liek that. so i am thinking it either is a problem in my bios or the cables in my comp. i am going to replace my cables now if i have another set and we will see what happens
