IDE to SATA (page file?)

I just installed a 400GB SATA drive into a system with 2 existing IDE hard drives. I ghosted the master IDE to the SATA and I booted my system up with the new sata drive. When I go to "Computer Management it shows the following:
(C) Healthy (Page file)
(D) Healthy (Active)
(G) Healthy (System)

Both C and D are the two original IDE drives, C being the one I ghosted onto G (The new SATA drive)

What does it mean for C to be a page file instead of it saying "active" like the other IDE drive?

It means that your HDD will be used as system memory when you run out of RAM, but it will be alot slower.
