IDE to SATA

how significant is the speed from upgrading, is SATA really noticable speed difference, and also is it like IDE you just plug in and turn on and COMP detects it automatically?

It depends on your BIOS but your board is new enough it should work. Speed wise it's fairly comparable unless you get a raptor or a perpendicular recording drive (only on SATA as far as I know)

SATA is faster, but you won't notice the difference most of the time.

And with SATA, you just plug it in and go, you dont need to set jumpers like you do with IDE.

ok cool, like for example, in a game called PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 6, everything runs on max settings fps out of this world but here and there theres like a small pause/jump as if its loading more stuff in, it cant be down to my specs gfx card as they blow this game away so only thing i can put it down to is the HDD
