Identifying Hardware

Is there a way to identify my sound card, processor, ram, etc...?

I know I have 7900GT... but that is pretty much the only thing I can identify FROM the computer without physically looking.

If I go too My Computer and right click... I get:

Intel(R) Core(TM)2CPU
6600 @ 2.40ghz
2.40ghz, 2.00gb of RAM

That's definitely the Conroe E6600 right?

I should have Micron RAM as well... but can't tell.

My sound card always says...
SoundMAX Integrated Digital HD

But it should be a X-Fi Fatality.

Anyway to find out specifics?
 
You could also download SiS Sandra. Not only does it gives a complete report of both your whole system and expansion cards, it also suggest ways in which you can improve your system performance. It gets a bit angry when you overclock, however. :P

You can also use it to benchmark and test different components.
