IE cannot download

i am trying to download some files off the net via "save target" method but i get this error msge saying..." Internet Explorer cannot download. The connection with the server was rest"

why do u think this happens? any solutions?

Probably the server is down (the download link points to another site). It doesn't work for me neither...
