IE Has Encountered A Problem NEED ATTENTION!!!

i have this msge popping out saying windows IE has encountered a problem need to close down and there goes IE close all active IE which mean i have to double click on "e" button again to use IE. this happens very random. somedays IE works absolutely fine but one off i get this problem. it really annyos me. so can some please be kind enough to help me to figure out why such problem and a solution(s).

just try re-downloading internet explorer.

Whats you IE Version ???

1. Download SpyBot S&D - (security.kolla.de) you may have spyware
2. Run HiJack This & post the log (www.spychecker.com/program/hijackthis.html)

3. Use Mozilla Firefox Browser Instead ?? (Mozilla.org)

i rather stick to classic windows IE, thanks for the alternative Eiremax. i have spybot s&d. i have ran both my anti virus and spybot but it came out clean so i don't think it's a spy or virus problem at all. why i am i so sure coz i did a close inspection.

IE version 6.0. (xp SP2)

Try deleting the IE's temporary files. Maybe the problem is a faulty cache file.

the problem was found. its to do with add-ons. google toolbar was causing the probelms with add-ons.this is why IE unexpectedly shutdown. it's due to poor built or creatation for an early version which i had so i downloaded the new version of google toolbar. it should work fine, theoretically. thanks for your help.
