IE issue (prolly easy resolution)

I am d/ling some files on IE eek: eek ) and I tried to get it to always save to disk by checking the "always do this to file" box at the open/save to disk window. now no window pops up and it always wants to open the file, is there a way to revert back to the save to disk window?

then, look in the list and change as follows
