If the system refuses to boot after a new component is installed what type of problems can be assumed?
 
What about a bad component, people? Or incompatable? It's hard to say not knowing what this "component" is, but I know of certain computers that wont work with certain video cards(and I don't mean PCI-Express in an AGP machine!)
