Seeing how this is a budget setup, would it really be worth almost twice as much for the Mobo over the first one I listed? The specs seemed pretty close, it just seemed like the GIGABYTE was easier to upgrade later, but I have no plans on upgrading.

Any other opinions or suggestions?

I am not trying to offend, but I don't think you should go on such a budget for your motherboard. MSI and Biostar are both "finicky" boards, they have unsolved probs and they have been known to change your settings and leave you clueless. I would opt for a Gigabyte or a Foxconn.
