Ihave a problme with motherboard, can someone help??

Hello i could use some help
My motherboard is broken and because of that i get this screen http://tinypic.com/r/rw114y/4

Can i fix it some how with out buying a new motherboard or if its not a motherboard problem whati have to do to fix it???

Double post.

That screen is nothing to do with your motherboard. You've just set the background orientation to "tile". You can change it in control panel, or by right clicking an empty space on the desktop.

why is your monitor stripped bare?

and i didn't do nothing with the backround, it started to look like this after 1 game freezed and i had to restart computer, but then i got blue screen error and because of that i had to unistal nvidia driver on the safe mode, first i thought somtihng is wrong with screen but after i changed to other screen , it worked perfectly and i instaled nvidia driver back and it still worked but 1 week later when i desided to play Aion, it freezed again and did the same thing again. so i don't know what do too now.
