I'm looking to buy a 20-22" computer monitor for my bedroom (it's much cheaper than an HDTV) and I'm looking to hook up a blu ray player down the road to it. I realize that for this to work, everything needs to be HDCP compatible. The monitor I'm looking at is a Hanns G 21.6" monitor which has HDMI input. It doesn't say on the website if it has HDCP or not. Can I assume that HDMI means it's HDCP compatible or not? I really like the specs on this monitor and I'm hoping that one day I can hook up a BR machine to it. I would currently be using it mainly for my Xbox 360 via VGA. Does HDMI=HDCP? I don't think it does...but correct me if I'm wrong.
Thanks.
Here's the monitor I'm interested in:

I'm really hoping that I'll be able to hook up a BR player to it. This monitor has everything I want/need. I'll most likely hook up external speakers because 3Wx2 isn't going to be great I'm sure.
Rather than make another thread, I thought I'd ask if anyone has had any good experiences with Sceptre monitors. Here's another one that has caught my eye with it's great specs:

The Sceptre monitor is HDCP comp and has a really high contrast ratio (probably Dynamic) but it looks good to me. Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Which of the 2 is the better company? I've never heard of either before. Or, does someone else suggest another brand? I want to stay under $300 bucks and remember.....it needs to be HDCP compatible or else I'll have to pass. Damn Intel and all this HDCP crap.
Thanks.
