Im bored, lets talk about my computer. Here are the specs.... just, say anything.

CPU: AMD X2 4400
MOBO: DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR Expert
RAM: 2 x 1GB OCZ Titanium
HDD: 2 x Hitachi 36GB/15K RPM/16MB Cache (RAID 0)
GPU: XFX PVT70FUND7 Geforce 7800GTX 256MB
PSU: Thermaltake W0057 PurePower ATX 12V 2.0 500W
SC: Creative Labs X-Fi XtremeMusic
CASE: Thermaltake XASER Armor Series VA8000BWS Black w/ Clear Side
DRIVES: 2 x NEC Black IDE/ATAPI DVD Burner
KEYB: Ideazon Zboard Gaming USB
MOUSE: Logitech G5 Laser

Yup thats my baby.... trying to get a loan right now so I can pay it off monthly. So, just making my final decisions til then...

I plan to OC the CPU/RAM I guess... so if you can suggest anything better, probably the PSU, I dont know what I need so I just got that one. I think double railing or something?

Also, can you buy a Alienware Case.... just the case. All black Full tower would be nice. Even better, how do I build my own case? What do I buy, the "skeleton" I would assume its called... eh? Wow... im like..... sleepy drunk right now.... ive never gotten drunk though, nope.... I dont drink not me. It taste horrible, who the hell drinks alcohol? sick bastards, my head keeps falling side to side..... weeeeee. 12:31 in the AM oh , just turned 2, my lucky day. Dear god my puppy just farted.... was that icecream I gave him I know it, dam puppy farts, theyre horribleeeeeeeeeeeee wow held the e button too long sorry bout that. Well, ill be back inthe morning to check on le post.

Im not quite sure... and im still awake, 2:27am

I went job hunting online and found a great job, so it excited me and im awake again, for now....

Just post what you think of my specs and stuff, also about the PSU which I dont know about.

Its a PC with OC in mind, well, im OCing for sure...

ya, i see what hes saying, there will most likelt be lag.

i think you need to upgrade the psu if your gona sli the gtx's


edit: oh and ya, that was ALOT of sarcasim...!
you will have no problem playing anything, i bet you could run hl2, doom3, and FEAR and stll be lag free...

Is my rig really that good?

I mean..... well yea I guess, all it needs is 1 more 7800gtx.

Also, what kind of PSU do I need? I have no idea about volts/amps/watts whatever it is I need...
 
prolly over 28A for duel core gtxs.

well it seems you have alot of money so go for a more expensive one.
id say 550watt and make sure it has enough Amps in the 12v rails.

oh, and yes, you computer is kinda pretty much godly...
 
Haha, thank you.... so how do I search for PSUs? 12@ .... eh?

Anyway just found out I need to buy a work van, so thats gonna put off my computer, sucks! Oh well, work van = more work, = more money, = better/newer parts by the time I get the money :D

The newegg.com quote with shipping for my rig (in sig) was 2700ish.
