Switch to Intel cpu and motherboard....since you want to make gaming machine, Intel just has the goods over AMD.

Also switch to ATI gpu....4800-series is ridiculously awesome..you will love them for gaming.

Get a psu that is 600-750W..keeps you going for now, and is suitable for crossfire setup and extra goodies down the road without the worry of having to replace.

You'll wanna choose an o/s to use too...Vista Home Premium o/s is good,,,

You may want to ad a dvd/cd burner in there too...helps especially with installing software and inserting games..

All those things being said....what is your max budget and someone can help you make some builds to review.

I Agree with Scooter. 100% :)

My budget was $500 and my setup costs $525. I don't want to run games like Crysis on my comp either, just games like Oblivion, Fallout 3, and WoW mainly. Will my setup get me by? If not what things should I change that will go within my budget?

If you want to build a gaming pc, always go with Intel. AMD is not the best gaming cpu. You could use AMD for other things but for gaming stick to Intel.

Don't listen to the people who say intel, they are thinking your going to be running crysis on uber-high and that kinda stuff, which your not. AMD will be fine for your uses just to ask tho... do you play Garry's Mod? If not TRY IT:D
