Im building a new comp and need help

I want a mother board that supports both sli for my 7600 gt by xfx and raid with at least two 80gb hdd. Thats both reliable and wont crash on me. My budget isnt much $120 or less would be great. Also this is my first major build and I want a board that will handle two nvidia 7600gt's so its better then if I just had one.

I found one board that looks good and has a fairly good review from newegg.com

Also I saw this:"Two PCI Express X16 slots (supports PCI Express BUs specification v1.0a compliant) (The 2nd PCI Express X16 slot will operate at X8 mode when SLI Technology has been enabled)"

Will that slow down the two cards so its not worth doing the sli any more and should I just go with a single card on a cheaper mother board, or will it still make things alot faster then a single card.

I'm sorry I cant beleive I forgot to add that.
I am looking for a 775 socket I think is what it is.
Something that handles at least a Pentium D dual core and a core 2 duo processor. Any spec processor is ok.
