I'm frustrated and I'm reaching out for HELP

I never expected this to be a problem, but wtf,...

I've got a keyboard that I love, but it's wearing out/obsolete.

It's a 125 key multimedia unit.

I installed Windows 7 and the keyboard's not (completely) compatible.
many of the keys no longer work.
The company seems to have gone out of business and there's no 'patch' available.

What I have is a Micro Innovations.
It's a wired unit (and that's just FINE)
It has the usual multi media controls, fwd, rev, pause, stop, volume up and down, sleep, pwr, cut, copy, and paste.

In addition, it has buttons for the calculator, internet, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, create new folder, spellcheck, open, replace, and a scroll wheel. (and a whole bunch more that I seldom use)

The keyboard is mounted under the desktop on a drawer and I work in the dark a lot. I would LOVE a keyboard that's backlit. (but it's not critical)

I use the calculator A LOT.
Cut, copy and paste are also very important.

In the last few years, the push for keyboards is now toward wireless.
That would be fine, if only I could find one with the features.

I would be willing to pay a hundred for the right keyboard.

I've been looking online to find something, but all the sites I've gone to don't allow me to enlarge the pictures enough to read that buttons and compare.

The more time I spend looking, the more 'ticked' I get. :(

Is there any site or resource that will give information??

Thanx

Check the manufacturer website to see if they have the necessary drivers/software for Windows 7.

Thank you both for your help,..

I'll try the driver, If that doesn't work, i'll buy a new one.
I didn't pay much for this one, but up till Version 7 it worked just great.

Thanks again :)

Yes, I was talking about your photo page.

They're very good.

It doesn't matter whether you're shooting landscapes or close ups, your depth of field is excellent.

I wasn't 'prying', but I'm a retired photographer,...

If you 'post' a photo page,.....

I'm GONNA LOOK :)

A word of thanks,...

I've been working with various Computer Keyboards since the early 70's

I stumbled across this one at Walmart and a couple features looked interesting, so I bought it.
It cost me $17.99 in 2004.

It is, without out question, the most delightful keyboard I've ever come across, at ANY price.

It has some features that, once you get used to them, YOU WON'T WANT TO GIVE UP.

The most useful is the 'cut, paste, and copy' buttons in the lower left hand corner. Having this feature, readily available, on the keyboard, is the neatest idea since the POST-IT note. You can 'select' and 'position' with the mouse, and cut and paste with the keyboard. It's like eating a sandwich with TWO hands, instead of one. You can 'flat fly' when editing a document.

I also appreciate the 'show desktop' button, the 'calculator' button and the 'sleep/hibernate'.

The entire top row, with all the 'office' commands, is inoperable on Windows 7.

What I've found MOST FRUSTRATING,..
NOT ONE SINGLE KEYBOARD MAKER displays a photo with enough resolution that you can identify just what features they have.
