heres the deal, my cpu ran a temp of 30-32 c. i buy a video card, install it now it runs at 34-42 c. i just added 2 new fans one on top of my vga and another exhaust and even added artic silver, and its running even hotter than before. whats the deal? any tips or ideas?

the recommended amount a thin layer on the cpu only its artic silver 5 i read the directions online, although maybe i didnt clean it well enough before adding it. my system temp stays at around 26-28c. while out of game my cpu is 34 in game 40-44.
 
those temps ain't bad. ofcourse a adding a gpu is gonna raise your temps a bit. plus artic silver needs a break in period before your temps lower.
 
one fan is on the bottom side which is facing up on my vga, blowing down onto in, the other fan is below my vga acting as a 2nd exhaust pulling all the hot air out. my system temp stays at 26c
 
ok i finally got cool and quiet enabled, it funs at 1ghz now since it on minimal power, but when i play a game will it be at full speed?

yeah the fan runs 3500rpm, so thats good, i think im ok now, my system is cool, do you think me sitting a fan on top of the vga will hurt it, its levetating on rubber studs.
