Ok so Im having trouble with the network settings, I cannot connect to any other wifi connections other than my home network. Also I can not even open up any of the App Tiles either, like microsoft store, news, settings, microsoft office (the only thing I can open up is the desktop tile). So does anyone know how I can go about fixing this? (I have diagnosed everything, tried to configure the network settings, system restore, defraged, disk cleanup, I also Had IObit advanced system care 7 on but I uninstalled it, and updated it through windows)
