Pretty good. But I would get an 8600GTS for the $.

Its like 30 bucks higher in price than the one im looking at, unless i didnt find the card you were talking about. and do i really need a DX 10 card if im not running vista?

ps. i already decided on and bought some new memory so thats not an issue anymore
