i'm making a desktop for CAD use, how is this?

it's mainly for CAD use, catia, nastran, autocad, etc... also internet and other stuff obviously, but i don't plan on playing any games... i used the specs thread to help pick out the parts but some weren't on newegg anymore so i had to find replacements... do i need to buy any extra chords? and do i need an extra cooling fan like i included or anything you recommend? and my current computer is 8 years old so there's no way i could use existing parts... thanks for your help

Those would be the best, however if you cant afford it and you dont want to buy an older card, look into the ATI X1K / nVidia 7xxx series cards.
 
what makes them so necessary for CAD? something like catia doesn't seem too graphics intense for basic part and assembly designs, i've never really used autocad but i'd like to learn it, but i won't get into it too much
