im not sure but i dotn think the holes match up from motherboard to case...

I have a case picked out that i liek alot, and a motherboard that i think i want.

this is the case,

It looks to me like the usb, audio, and the mouse and keyboard plugs dont matchup. Although it sasy that the case suports micro atx, and the board is a micro atx, i dotn want to order anything until i get another opinion.

Can anyone verify this?

Well, I couldn't get the Case link to work. Could you post the direct product link for the case, it would make things easier. Or you could just type the name of the Case

Do u mean the plate that cover the connectors of ur motherboard on the case? if so, most motherboards come with the plate to properly cover the connections. They swap out.
