I'm so confused...

I was recently about to order a graphics card, from newegg. Well, turns out they up-and-sold-out. Well, I started browsing, and found a card that I thought was practically identical, maybe better..?

One comes with a box/software/adapter cables. the other is OEM..and comes with less (not sure by how much...but i think it discludes (sp?) a cd). i'd go OEM, you get it sooner and save a buck:)
