Im trying to fix my sisters computer but cant

I thought this would be easy but it isnt.
I cant get the computer to turn on.
We needed a new power supply unit, so i built one, could you plz tell me where to plug in the two cords that make the power supply turn on.
Heres the places where it can plug in
Heres the stuff i can i cant figure out

Heres the cords i dont know how to plug into what
HDD LED
Reset swtich
Power LED
Power switch

And there is Power sockets go like this

I'll assume you meant "bought" one.

Sorry I can't make heads or tails of your "power socket" codes. Your motherboard manual should help though. Maybe list the models of MB & PS and/or pics?

there will be a collection of pins that these plug to normally in the bottom right corner (assuming your usb ports. parallel port, vidoe ports are in the top right :) )
post the make of your motherboard at we shall help

PS, when removing the old psu there is/was no need to disconnect the cables
HDD LED
Reset swtich
Power LED
Power switch
as these conect to the switch and leds at the front of the case ad have no impact on the psu
